The Greatwater Century Bike Race is an annual 100 mile bike race to raise money for Detroit neighborhood non-profits. So far, we have raised over $200,000 supporting Detroit non-profits including the following organizations:

• Mariner's Inn (shelter and treatment services for the homeless in Midtown)

• Central Detroit Christian Community Development Corporation (family-centered education, affordable housing development, and healthy food access in Central Detroit)

• East Village Association & Cadillac Street Block Club (community engagement + public space improvement in East Village, Greatwater's pilot neighborhood for modular new construction housing).

• The Villages Community Development Corporation (economic development, community advocacy, urban planning and design)

• Pure in Heart Missionary Baptist Church (community engagement, family support, education and mentorship)

• Building Beds 4 Kids (working with case workers to provide children bed frames, mattresses and bedding to families in need)
